5. Appointments and Booking Policies

Appointments booked through SNS Hair Beauty are subject to availability and approval.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following salon policies:

Deposit Required

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, though they will be applied toward your total service balance.

Remaining Balance

Your remaining balance must be paid at the shop. Accepted payment methods for the remaining balance include:

Pricing

Pricing is based on time, hair length, and hair thickness. Prices may increase if more time is needed for the service.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time using your confirmation email. If you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.

Arrival Preparation

Please arrive with your hair freshly shampooed and ready for braiding unless shampoo service has been added to your booking.

Service Timing

Service times may vary based on:

hair thickness
hair length
hair manageability
style complexity

Please allow enough time for your visit. Services are not rushed, and short breaks may be taken during longer appointments for comfort.

Extra Guests

You may bring one guest to your appointment, subject to salon rules. Guests must not stand next to the stylist, and children must not run inside the salon.

6. Products and Shop Orders

If you buy products from our online shop, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.

All product purchases are subject to availability. We may change, remove, or update products, descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.

Separate return or refund rules may apply to product purchases and will be stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. No Refunds for Services

All payments for completed salon services are final. No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service may include or rely on third-party tools and platforms, including booking systems, payment processors, maps, email tools, shop tools, and social media links.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
