All payments for completed salon services are final.

4. Appointment Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable, though they are applied toward your total service balance at the time of service.

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time by using the link or details in your confirmation email.

If you do not reschedule within that time and cancel the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

6. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance for salon services is due at the shop.

7. Product Orders
